Evening Session 60min: Gentle Hatha Yoga
A grounding, breath-led practice designed to settle the body after travel and ease participants into the retreat environment. Slow, mindful yoga poses help down‑regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety and arrival.

Morning Session 120min: Core and Yoga Balance
A stability-focused session strengthening the deep core and improving balance. These practices enhance proprioception, support spinal alignment, and help regulate the nervous system by building internal steadiness and resilience.
Afternoon Session 120min: Hips Mobility
A mobility-based practice targeting the hips, hamstrings, and psoas — areas deeply connected to the fight‑or‑flight response. Releasing tension here supports emotional regulation and encourages parasympathetic activation.
Evening Session 60min: Deep Stretch and Restore + Herbal Infusion
A yin‑inspired restorative session with long-held, supported yoga poses to soothe the fascia and calm the mind.

Morning Session 120min: Upper Back and Shoulder
Focused work on the thoracic spine, shoulder girdle, and upper back — regions where stress and sympathetic tension accumulate. This session improves posture, frees the breath, and prepares the body for deeper heart‑opening later in the day.
Afternoon Session 120min: Back Bending
A heart-opening practice emphasizing thoracic mobility, emotional release, and expansion of the breath. Backbends stimulate the front body, energize the system, and create space for deeper nervous-system resilience.
Evening Session 60min: Pranayama and Meditation
A calming blend of breathwork and guided meditation to activate the vagus nerve, balance the parasympathetic system, and bring the mind into deep stillness.---

Morning Session 120min: Inversions
A powerful closing practice using gentle, accessible inversion yoga poses to stimulate baroreceptors, support vagal tone, and bring clarity and calm to the mind.
Inversions are known for their grounding, balancing effect on the nervous system.
Because resilience, energy, and balance will be essential in the years ahead. This therapeutic approach will help you:

- Anuja – born in India, with 8+ years of teaching and 1000h of training, crafting practices for modern professionals.
- Ewelina – founder of Open Up Yoga Jesolo, whose journey began in Hong Kong under Master Dr Yogananth Andiappan, balancing life as an architect, mother, and now teacher in Italy.
Together, they’ll lead you through yoga, meditation, and discussions infused with the wisdom of Andiappan Yoga.
